Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
In case of an error in the online price My Crest will contact you to confirm the actual price before continuing with the order.
Non-Account Holders: Payment is required when ordering.
The title and any intellectual property of items made by the Company remains the property of My Crest until full payment is made and cleared.
Account Holders: Payment is required according to terms which is automatically set at 30 days unless otherwise stated. Late payments will be forwarded to the Lloyds factoring service for recovery and an extra fee will be included onto the existing fee to cover the factoring service.
Quotes and Estimates: Any quote or estimate given will be valid for 30 days. If the quote or estimate includes silver in the price given the value will be at that today's silver value and may change with the markets.
Rental. Any damage and subsequent repairs will be charged to the client.
Cookies. Cookies are small files that allow a website to recognise and track users within the web site. The information that is captured by the Cookies on this web site are only used to remember you whilst you are shopping within this web site i.e. if you place one item into the basket and move to another item, the cookies will remember you and associate all items selected by the one person in the one basket rather than asking you to buy each item individually
Shipping And Handling
All goods are guaranteed by the carrier's terms TNT, Royal Mail and Parcel Force) whilst in transit. Any claims for damage or delay must go direct to the courier within 7 days and My Crest should be notified so that we are able to confirm details to the courier in question. We strongly recommend that any claim is made immediately.
|Delivery Schedule We will deliver your order as soon as the statue or item is completed. Many of the items are held in stock however for unusual or large orders completion should take from between 4 - 6 working weeks from payment (less account holders).|
|Back Orders As all items are made within the premises orders will go out when completed as a batch.|
